My name is Shauna and I host supper club dinners and cookery classes from home in Spitalfields, London, E1. I received my Cookery Diploma from the Ashburton Cookery School in Devon in 2009 and I spent 3 years as a chef aboard superyachts in the Med and in the Caribbean as well as in private villas in Geneva, the south of France, Monte Carlo and St Barths. I am particularly interested in organic, free range and Fairtrade ingredients where possible and I specialise in Mediterranean/British/World cuisine which is healthy and flavour-driven. A lot of my work is charity based or to cover costs in teaching cookery to enthusiastic students. I enjoy hosting events and teaching from home.
