This tasting evening will introduce you to the British cured meat industry.
We look at three styles of cured meats: sausage, loin and collar (known across the waters as salami/saucisson, lomo and coppa).
We’ll sample at least 3 different British examples of each type of meat, discuss who makes them and how, and will have a unique opportunity to their different qualities in a side by side tasting. The meats will largely be pork focused.
The session is expected to last approximately 90 minutes, and includes meats and a welcome drink. Based at our HQ, Meat School in Borough Market . Starts promptly at 7:00pm
