Ed Smith is a food writer and cook, and is the Creative Director of Borough Market based British cured meat company, Cannon & Cannon. He is author of www.rocketandsquash.com and contributes to various online and print publications, including The Guardian, The Financial Times Weekend Magazine, Borough Market online and Market Life magazine, Caffeine, and Toast.
Three years ago, Ed left his job as a City lawyer, retrained as a chef at Westminster Kingsway College and embarked on a life in food. Since catering college, he's worked in professional kitchens, made a TV show with Raymond Blanc, run pop-up restaurants and developed the recipes and menus for a number of successful Street Food stalls.
However, it's as @RocketandSquash that he's best known. Ed was shortlisted for Best Online Food Writer and Best Online Restaurant Writer in the 2013 and 2014 Fortnum and Mason Food Awards. He was also a finalist in the 2014 Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year Awards - for a shot taken on his iPhone. Rocket and Squash is regularly mentioned by national papers and food magazines as one of the top food blogs in the UK.

Milly Cundall is a food lover, blogger and digital strategist with 6+ years agency experience working on campaigns for DeBeers, Martini, Microsoft, Capital One, Universal, Diet Coke, Jameson and many more. now a consultant working with small businesses and individuals breaking online marketing down into simple terms and helping demystify the sometimes intimidating world of social media. She has extensive first hand experience of both the social space and the food scene within it. She will will explain how to identify an audience, highlight which channels to use to connect with them and help you craft your online brand.
