Sven-Hanson Britt, Masterchef: The Professionals Finalist 2014 and former sous-chef at the Ritz in a special bread-making workshop at Downton Pure Punjabi HQ.
Attendees at the workshop will be preparing and making 4 types of bread under the instruction of Safia and Sven. Safia has spent many of her young years making Indian bread such as roti, puri, paratha and naan in the traditional way and will be teaching two of these. Sven has 7 years of experience working in the kitchens at the Ritz and in particular, spent 18 months working in the Ritz as the hotel baker and will be teaching two of the choices of bread.
The session will include tastings and take home what you make.
