Deborah the course leader is an experienced registered nutritionist with a BSc in nutritional medicine.  Deborah specializes in digestive disorders and auto immune conditions so we can tailor the recipes, techniques and flour blends to suit any food sensitivity, intolerance or allergy you may suffer from.

There is always lots of chatter and laughter as people share their experiences and an opportunity to learn nutritional tips and recommendations.
