I am extremely Proud to be part of the Supperheroes Event for Action Against Hunger this year. Join me for an evening of hearty grub and help me raise funds for a wonderful cause.

*Aaloo Papdi Chaat
A chaat favourite made with potatoes, crisp papdis and fresh coriander tossed with sweet, tangy and spicy chutneys.

*Dabbu Mirchi ( Green Pepper) Bhajiya

Sliced green pepper coated in gram flour batter and deep fried until crunchy.

*Served with Date and Tamarind Chutney, Coriander Chutney and Tomato Chutney

Main course

*Vizag Chicken Curry
This curry is a heady mix of coconut milk, curry leaves and the perfect blend of spices.

*Mixed Vegetable Kootu (V)
There are many different types of kootu, this is one of my favourites. It is essentially stewed mixed vegetables with a hint of coconut.

*Bhuna Kheema
This is a true classic. Mutton Mince slowly cooked with spices and onions in its own juices.

*Paneer Bhurji (V)
This is a myth buster recipe (ask me why) handed down by my aunt. It is homemade cottage cheese cooked with tomatoes. Simplicity at its best.

*Kala chana
Traditional Punjabi black gram made during Navratri ( Just before Diwali)

Chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and fresh coriander in yoghurt with dry roasted ground cumin.

*Cardamom Cupcakes

There is nothing Indian about this dessert! However, I love baking and infusing Indian flavours into my desserts. This is a special only for my Charity Supperclub.

This menu may contains nuts

A £12 deposit goes towards covering expenses. The suggested donation of £12 in cash on the day goes to charity. Generosity will be much appreciated so if you feel like paying more ..... don't Hesitate!
