Shambhu's chef, Nishma Shah, will teach you how to make various delicious Indian flatbreads, all of them yeast-free and with no added sugar, with some of them infused or stuffed with certain vegetables and spices. All the breads will be made without the use of dairy products or eggs. The following breads will be taught:
- traditional Gujarati rotli (no added sugar)
- laccha paratha (no added sugar)
- kulcha (no added sugar)
- vegetable-infused thepla (no added sugar)
- eggless "egg chappatti" (egg-free version of the speciality flatbread created in Mombasa, Kenya) (no added sugar)
