Absolutely fantastic

I’ve been to many of the London Chaiparty events, they’ve all been fabulous and this one was no exception. This was another great opportunity to try dishes that you won’t find in a UK Indian restaurant. Every course was delicious, the venue was perfect and the London Chaiparty ladies’ hospitality was second to none! I can thoroughly recommend any of their events - everyone always leaves very full and with a big smile on their face :) Looking forward to the next one, thank you for a lovely evening!

I’ve been to many of London Chaiparty’s events and this one too, was completely fabulous! At London Chaiparty dinners you will get to try dishes that you do not generally find in Indian restaurants and will only be lucky enough to sample at someone’s house. Each and every time the food has been both interesting and delicious. The venue was great and everything had been prettily decorated for the evening. The food was extremely tasty and each course came with an explanation as to the ingredients used. The atmosphere was lovely, very welcoming and the portions more than generousl! I can thoroughly recommend the London Chaiparty events to anyone who enjoys authentic food cooked with love :)

Street Food of Kolkata

10/10 : the concept is brilliant ; people are warm , friendly and approachable . The cook was ingenious ; best part of the 8 course meal was the Kethi roll ! Would I come again ... yes either for something different or same again or a party. Ps. Congratulations on the 8 year old boy for distributing the good food !

London Chaiparty responded on 20 November 2017:

Thank you Mr Dutta for the lovely review. It was great meeting you on Saturday, wish I had more time to chat with you but the kitchen called :-) Looking forward to feeding you in the future again! Cheers, Suchismita, London Chaiparty Team

Another brilliant evening!

Definitely one of the best supper clubs in London both from an authenticity point of view and in terms of value for money.

The London Chaiparty ladies are wonderful hosts and the food is always plentiful and delicious. It's a great opportunity to eat food that you wouldn't generally find in a restaurant in warm and welcoming surroundings. The atmosphere at all the Chaiparty events I've been to has been very jolly and everyone is well looked after.

I can't recommend these events highly enough and am already looking forward to the next one - completely top-notch all round :)

Agomoni- Bengali Supper Club

Pritilg attended Aagomoni ~ An Evening of Bengali Food in September 2017, reviewed on 17 September 2017

My first experience at a supper club was a very pleasant surprise! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was top notch, Suchi and her team were constantly asking if the food was ok and explaining what each dish was when serving.

Food 10/10

Food - Each dish was prepared with extreme care.. the flavours were so authentic I could relate it to a typical Bengali wedding back in Calcutta! From the starters to the dessert we could request for any number of servings and the team made sure we were well fed and looked after! Kosha Mangsho and Dal was my favourites of the evening. The fish fry was absolutely delish!! Very good flavours!

Service 10/10

Service - The service was very warm and informal! The team treated each guest with a lot of care and attention. I had a 5 year old and they made sure he was given enough and yummy kids food .. aprt from the planned menu.. to keep him happy and fed throughout the supper!

Value for money 11/10

Totally worth it for this kind of experience! In fact we all agreed.. it's a steal.. the spread and taste was top notch!!

I would recommend it to others for sure, and I do plan to do it again soon!

supergilly attended London Chaiparty's Evening of Gin & Indian food in April 2017, reviewed on 1 May 2017

The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, and explained all the courses and the food was good. I was particularly touched as they were one short on the final dessert due to someone having a dessert in place of an earlier course, and were mortified that there wasn't one for me, even though another diner gave me theirs. As a consequence they insisted on paying for my bottle of gin at the end of the evening - an extremely kind gesture. Thank you very much x
