A lazy Saturday afternoon, a bunch of friends, mimosa's and mojitos and a fab South Indian brunch to go with it. We have given a face lift to some of the classic South Indian favourites and If you are the curious, experimental foodie, then this brunch has your name written all over it.

MENU

Welcome drink: Guava Mimosa~ Nothing screams brunch like a good ol' Mimosa, and we've taken it a notch higher and gone Tropical with Guava mimosas.

Cocktail idlis from Tamil Nadu~ steamed rice cakes served with sambar (lentils) (V)

Masala chicken wings from Andhra Pradesh~ Served with our signature spiced mayo, these spice coated chicken wings are sure to give you the spice kick

Cocktail: Nimbu pani Mojito~ An Indian cousin of the traditional Mojito, with loads of fresh lime and refreshing mint.

Upma salad from Karnataka ~ We've given the traditional Karnataka style rava upma a face lift by using cous cous, but with loads of curry leaves, chickpeas and spices (V)

Kerala Egg curry & string hoppers from Kerala~ No syrian Christian breakfast is complete without the quintessential egg roast in a thick onion gravy, accompanied with feather light string hoppers (V)

Spicy prawn sliders~  A coastal favourite gets a modern twist with curried prawns heaped on pillowy soft brioche rolls. Served with homemade slaw on the side to cool you down a bit from the spice hit.

Darjeeling tea~ Known as the 'Champagne of tea's,' and always a welcome treat at every meal.

Mango pancakes with coconut and lime~ To end the brunch on a sweet note, and to look forward to the gorgeous summer ahead. (V)
