A savoury egg custard with a rich umami taste that comes from a blend of dashi, mirin & light soy sauce.
We've added prawns, kamaboko & shiitake mushrooms and the result is a little dish that will give you as many different emotions as it has distinct flavours, like a short dream that lasts for the time you take to eat it (do it slowly please).
