Brixton Cornercopia is a tiny neighbourhood restaurant and new kind of cornershop all about seasonal and ultra-local food. It's located in the vibrant heart of Brixton Village Market and was set up six years ago by Anne Fairbrother and chef Ian Riley.

Our larder celebrates the abundancy and diversity of ingredients  and available on our doorstep, in the market or through local growers and artisan makers. On the shelves you will find jars lavender marmalade made flowers from our garden, honey made by South London bees, next to pots of apricot and fig relish and bottles of Brixton Pound sauce made using ingredients sourced in Brixton market.

Our latest project this summer is a  series of intimate eating experiences exploring notions of picnic, BBQ and the backyard which will be  taking place in our 'Secret Garden' and growing space, 10 minutes walk from Brixotn Tube.
