Pickled Pork Ribs
(Cooked pork ribs left to pickle with grated cucumber,parsley, scotch bonnet peppers ,lime and sea salt)
Red Snapper with Rice 'n' Peas
(Snapper fillet seasoned with fresh herbs then pan fried in peanut oil, served with black rice and kidney beans cooked in coconut milk complimented by ackee n callalou)
(Fluffy honeyed pumpkin dumplings deep fried)
