A flamingo is characterized as one one of the most exotic and graceful creature, lobster is a seafood delicacy at the top of all menus. The two together could not be anymore befitting for this special supperclub. It will be pure seafood indulgence where I will be using ultra fresh seafood of creatures cooked from live in special recipes I created myself. Ingredients used are special and handpicked for a sensational flavor experience.

Maldon oysters with my Bloody Mary sauce
scallop ceviche with rye crackers ( the recipe experience )
razor clams cooked in my mum's secret sauce served with locally bake artisan sour dough bread
half a blue lobster stuffed with a fruity crab pate served with baked polenta and lush gravy
plaintain caramelized in palm sugar drizzled with tangarine and mango cream
