Because of it's mixed cultures, Creole food is a melting pot of exotic flavors, it's a colorful fusion. I love the rare and exotic and if you were lucky enough to peek into my cupboard you could be transcended to some far flung shores and regions. This menu just takes me back to the seaside with a fresh sea-breeze, warm weather and a cold delicious cocktail.

Donation of £37 & can BYOB or ask to include matching wine or rum punch bowl for sharing when booking.

STARTER

COD LAYERS w AVOCADO SAUCE
(fresh Cornwall cod loins flaked and mixed with scotch bonnet peppers, parsley, green peppercorns, sliced cucumber served with avocado sauce)

SPANSIH LANGOUSTINES w TROPICAL SALAD
(live Spanish langoustines - small version of lobsters boiled in seasalt and served with a tropical salad of fruits and leaves)

MAIN

FRESH CORNISH LOBSTERS w SPECIAL MASH
(freshest lobsters served with a special mash and top with the most beautiful seafood sauce you'll ever try)

DESSERT

BAJAN CONKEES
(a corn flour dessert cooked in banana leaves, borrow from the ancient tribes of the Americas )
