What's in store for June, thinking creative here is what I came up with. Colors, taste, presentation and atmosphere.
3 course seafood dinner donation £30 pp.
-Octopus & Anchovy Speciale-
(Fresh octopus prepared with rare spices and herbs, served on a bed of organic salad and adorn with seasonal tomatoes and marinated anchovies, then dress with Palestine olive oil and Persian blue salt)
-Grilled Red Snapper with Purple Potatoes, Asparagus & Artichokes-
(Fresh red snapper steaks marinated and grilled, special mash purple potatoes, dressed with artichokes and Asparagus, adorn with edible flowers)
-Mixed Up Melissa-
(Homemade blueberry and papaya frozen yogurt n cream with caramelized fried plantain)
I have missed the creativity and diversity in my cooking, also being from Barbados with Cuban and Venezuelian heritage, throw in there my love for Spain and Italy my dishes are always fresh, colorful and bursting with real flavors from only quality ingredients.
It' summer time and my passion comes alive even more and this 3 course is what I will be laying on the table. My idea at the start of creating my nights was to bring something new to the table. Some thing that many people would have never tried or even heard about before and you will savor.
This is what I do and happy to continue bringing these rare specialties to the underground dining seen. The experience here is all about the food and trying something new. Nothing is followed to a specific recipe and I always go with what I find on my shopping trips.
