Event Photo

Pop Up Barbados is underground dining with a difference, specialising in fresh fish dishes throughout the summer and wild game and other quality meat dishes throughout the cold months. It's an experience that takes you on a journey to the very origins of the cuisine. Here you come to meet new people, have a laugh, enjoy your drinks and mostly eat some of the best creative dishes by chef Barrie Gunning. Expect only the freshest and tastiest seafood dishes.

The chef has now taken the dinner outside of his home and doing an official pop up dinner at Dalston's freshest new bar/restaurant. The Passage @ 27A Dalston Lane is host to art deco and London's underground pop up chefs. Also has a great seating area in a hidden passage at the back of the venue.
