During this four hour hands on course, students will learn the practicalities and principles of how to make a basic, delicious loaf of bread. We will proof yeast, knead the dough, be amazed that it rises, shape it, bake it and admire it when it comes out of the oven, golden and perfect to take it home with you.
A simple, elegant lunch will be served and tea, coffee, good cheer and chatter will be available throughout the sessions. Class number are limited so you are in a cosy atmosphere where you can ask lots of questions and receive lots of individual attention.
