hosted by Cocina Shoreditch
Cocina is collective project that through experimental South American vegan cuisine, brings to the table the idea of conscious and mindful eating.
Our events are hosted in our kitchen studio in Hackney; a feeling of a dinner with friends in a private restaurant.
This time we will serve a 5 courses menu based on the sequencing of an Argentinean asado, reimagined. There also will be exquisite touches of the Brazilian cuisine, like the Tucupi. Tucupi is a fermented juice from Cassava, very traditional and popular in the region of Para, where the Amazon River touches the Atlantic Ocean. The juice is obtained after a long process of extraction and fermentation, then cooked with herbs and spices, achieving a profound aroma and distinctive taste.
Food will paired with biodynamic wines and ancestral teas.
Note: ticket price includes the food, wines are sold separated during the night.
