Saké is a hidden and fascinating treasure, coming from a rich ritualistic tradition in Japan. In this collaboration we want to honour saké and serve it in the best way we know: paired with delicious healthy and ethically crafted dishes from our native region, Latin America. Commonalities between Asia and the pre-hispanic Americas are deep and surprising so be prepared for a very unexpected but illuminating blend to indulge the senses!
A selection of fine vegan Latin American dishes paired with six contrasting styles of premium saké, including a rare sparkling saké as welcome drink. We will also take a look at how saké is made, its place in Japanese culture and why it is growing popularity across the world.
