We are delighted to announce our next dinner event in collaboration with Japanese chef Akemi Yokoyama and Brazilian beer expert Leonardo Zatta Gayer.
In this São Paulo inspired evening, we will have a full Japanese plant based menu by Akemi, introducing some of her signature delicatessen, her artisanal miso and exquisite sesame tofu, between others. The dinner will be paired with a curation of beers brought by Leonardo, who will also present his Brazilian Pilsener, made in Sao Paulo and brought specially for the occasion.
