Gluten-Free Baking Masterclass
The day was really interesting. There were several good recipes we tried, with nutritious and healthy ingredients.There were lots of recipes to try at home. Everything was well explained. There were lots of tips. The venue was very nice. Lunch was delicious with good breads (that tasted like bread!). Now I'm looking forward to trying out some baking at home.

Wonderful experience! I went with my husband, who is trying to get more into cooking for us, but I learned quite a lot too, like how to supreme an orange! It was great that we could all work on a different dish, and then share in the delicious and healthy feast at the end. So much of cooking, too, is improvising and recovering, and it was great to see that in action.
