Calling all wheat/gluten free folk (or people with gluten/wheat free friends, family & partners you’d like to bake for)!
This masterclass covers all things delicious, baked and wheat/gluten free.
The day’s program will include:
- Info about gluten/wheat free flours and how to use them
- Nutritional discussion on wheat/gluten free flours
- Gluten/wheat free bread & tart pastry making for savoury dishes
- Gluten/wheat-free treats such as brownies, cookies & muffins
- Trouble shooting common wheat/gluten free baking problems
- Take home recipes of everything made in class and techniques for successful wheat/gluten free baking
Cost is £65 (£52 Concession)* including a free organic lunch.
*This fee is used to fund our program of free courses at Made in Hackney to vulnerable and low-income community groups
