Serving traditional West African cuisine with a modern touch we have carefully obtained organic produce completely free from growth promoters and hormones which have all been selected to bring out the finest flavours for our meals.

-FRIED YAM & RED SNAPPER-
Known as a staple vegetable in Ghana we will be cooking Fried yam served with fresh pan seared red snapper accompanied by a special red pepper sauce.
-NKATIE YOGHURT CRUNCH-
Using a luscious vanilla yoghurt as the base of this dessert it’s infused with crushed pieces of a favourite Ghanaian peanut cake ‘Nkatie’ to give it an extra smooth crunch.
