Recipes from grandma, dishes from our childhood, and combinations of flavour and texture discovered in a food haze. Using locally sourced, free range meat and produce. Rib Broth - Pork ribs in a meaty broth that's been bubbling away for hours and hours.
Duck Crackling - Meaty, fatty, crispy duck skins accompanied by won ton crackers and home made dipping sauces.
Glutinous Rice Parcel - Filled with cured Chinese sausage, shrimps, scallops and steamed in a Lotus leaf.
Pork Belly - Crisped up skin, fatty and meaty. Bliss.
Beef Brisket - slow cooked in spices and sauce until it melts in your mouth. Served with creamy noodles.
Pandan Cake & Ice Cream - Like eating a cloud.
The bar will be serving up spectacular cocktails throughout the night.
