making kothu is part food,part show .when the night falls ,the street of sri Lankan cities filled with the sound of metal spatulas ,chopping up kothu roti on hot griddles.
the flaky parottas or roti ,stir-fried and chopped with eggs and aromatic spices and vegetables ,and pour of meat curry that sizzles in to the cloud of fragrant spices as it hits the heat.
BYOB to sample some srilankan street food starters and finish off with the main KOTHU and some lovely tropical deserts.

Book only if you are not allergic to mutton ,tuna, hen eggs, carrot ,leek, green chillies, curry leaves ,ginger ,garlic, pine apple,chick peas, palm sugar and tropical herbs and spices.
