This is a rare opportunity to join Rachel in her kitchen for a day of supercharged, beautifully designed recipes & techniques, with bags of nutritional information & insight. Techniques will include (but not be limited to) sprouting, blending, culturing & dehydrating. Places are very limited.
The day will include face to face tuition for a small group, a full recipe booklet, samples of everything prepared, loads of time for questions, as well as a living food group lunch. * All vegan & gluten free.
