I'm a pop in pop out private cook who creates modern Lebanese food. I've been cooking in private homes for over a year and now I'm planning classes of fresh,vibrant and exciting food where daytime groups can share the learning and the lunch. I'll be working at MaidaHill Place.
My approach to food is joyful, fun and full of layers of flavour. It also happens to be food that's low in fat, healthy and ticks all the boxes people seek but I just see that as incidental. This is versions of food I've grown up and it's happy food, food for sharing and so it's presented and taught in that way.
