Forget everything you knew about supermarket hummus and join me for a cooking class and lunch featuring a summer menu of Modern Lebanese Food.
While it nutritionally ticks every box, Lebanese cuisine is vibrant and seductive: layers of spices, pomegranate, the scent of rose and orange blossom are all used in dishes where vegetables and grains can be heroes as much as any meat protein.
Taught by private cook, Lena Semaan, the menus feature dishes that can be eaten on their own or combined for a heavenly feast. Gluten free and vegetarian diets are catered for.

In the spirit of Lebanese culture, lessons will be taught at a long table, working together. Afterwards we’ll sit together for lunch with a glass of wine and the chance to make new friends.
Cost for each person. £87.00
