Enshu Limited is a brand new company set up to provide a SSI(Sake Service Institute)-certified diploma course on sake, Japan’s national beverage.
Enshu runs the SSI's Master of sake (International Kikisake-shi) course on behalf of SSI and is the first and only official Kikisake-shi course held in the UK.
We are trying to make you discover how sake can be fun. So we also organise variety of tasty and fun sake events!
