Losing weight is easy when you know how – and our course aims to give you the tools to succeed while eating new versions of your old favourites. With our recipe for success, you can still eat pasta, bread and cakes, you just have to make them from scratch and do it with alternative ingredients. 

We’ll help you to understand your body inside out, to learn how it reacts and stores certain foods and we’ll also demystify carbs & calories. You can eat well and lose weight, it’s just about using the right ingredients in order to keep your body balanced. You’ll learn how gluten, fats, sugars and dairy can impact your body and master new recipes to enjoy. You’ll also further sharpen your food preparation & knife skills, before honing your baking prowess to the max.

You’ll leave with a fresh outlook on your body and the tools to cook more healthily for life.
