French cooking is still revered as some of the best in the world and it’s not hard to see why, because the French live to eat. Our in-depth course will help you get in touch with your Gallic side as you step into our French kitchen and master some classic skills and techniques including bread-making, dessert and French brasserie staples.
You’ll first learn the art of French baguettes - a must for any wannabe French foodie. Then it’s onto a classic French starter, main, salad and finally dessert, taking in the art of making and handling pastry. As well as creating all these dishes, you’ll be eating them throughout the class too which means you’ll go home loaded with skills, memories and full of fabulous French food.
