Thai cooking is huge in the UK and this is your chance to master the art of mixing the hot, sour, salty and sweet flavours which are vital to its success. Our Thai course gets to grips with this fragrant and wonderfully flavoured cuisine, teaching you about the ingredients essential to authentic Thai cooking and enabling you to create mouth-watering dishes.
You’ll tackle how best to cook using a pestle & mortar and the all-important wok, as well as sharpening your knife skills and mastering how to prepare ahead. Then using local produce and authentic Thai ingredients, it’s down to the task of creating our tempting Thai dishes.
You’ll learn how to fold a spring roll and how to make a green curry paste from scratch, as well as producing an array of traditional Thai dishes. Plus you’ll not only create, you’ll also taste, taking time to enjoy everything you cook.
This course is a must for all lovers of Thai food at Jenius Social, you’re bound to meet others too. Take these recipes home with you and spread the passion for Thai.

LOCATION: Studio 8, 6 Hornsey Street, The Islington Studios, London N78GR.
We are a 2 minutes walk from Holloway Tube station (2 stops from Kings Cross), 10 minutes walk from Highbury and Islington station and 7 minutes walk from Caledonian station.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: We will provide everything you need for the class including aprons, all ingredients and packaging if you wish to take away the dishes you have prepared. Please allow at least 30 minutes to feast on your creations in our dining room afterwards.
CLASS SIZE: Our classes usually have less than 8 guests. If the class has more than 8 guests, there will be additional chefs on hand to lead the class. The maximum guests per class is 15.
