Celebrate a truly seasonal event in the culinary calendar as you learn to get in the game and embrace the likes of rabbit and guinea fowl. Only the best seasonal produce makes the cut as you create some stunning gastro-pub style dishes.

Game is the word used to describe animals and birds that are traditionally hunted for food. It falls into two categories: feathered or furred. On this exciting course, you’ll be working hands-on in the preparation, cooking and presentation of game. What’s more, you’ll be learning other essential skills to accompany the game such as making stunning stock, preparing perfect vegetables, creating delicious sauces and working with fresh river fish.


Our Game course is suitable for all abilities and you’ll leave with a new appreciation and passion for seasonal cooking. Whatever you cook you’ll get to taste and there will be something delicious to take home too.
