Experience a taste of Italy as we take you on a culinary journey around the country. You’ll get hands-on as you learn how to create some authentic, regional dishes bursting with Italian flair & flavour.
Italian cuisine is all about fresh ingredients and simplicity which can be seen in both its preparation and presentation. On this course you’ll learn the art of keeping things uncomplicated, enabling the stunning fresh ingredients to speak for themselves.
You’ll master the art of fresh gnocchi, a firm favourite in every household and wonderful to eat. You’ll also grasp key knife skills and will make fresh pesto using a pestle and mortar.
Your waltz round Italy will leave you loaded with fresh skills and knowledge to spread the Mediterranean love of food. You’ll also get to eat everything you cook up throughout the class!
