Love oysters and love champagne? Us too, which is why we’re particularly excited about offering this course, with top-class oysters sourced from Colchester’s world-famous Haward Oysters.
You’ll first be given an oyster education, getting introduced to the different types of oysters on offer and discovering the journey they take from the sea to our plates. You’ll learn how to open oysters with care, and then will master different techniques of how to eat them, both raw and cooked. We’re talking vinaigrettes, lemon, gratin and even as fritters with peri peri sauce.
At the end of the class, you’ll get to enjoy the oysters both raw and cooked and we’ll be serving champagne to wash them down. Bottoms up!
