A Dish Less Ordinary - Fish and Meat Workshop
Katie and Stefano will guide you through meat cookery avoiding the prime cuts. Learn the rich beef stew called Stracotto, how to cook feather steak, cheek, lamb breast and more. Not only do these dishes have wonderful flavours they will save you money too. After lunch the duo will demonstrate how to use sustainably sourced fish guiding you away from the obvious species of fish that are now endangered and show you how to get the most out of fish such as gurnard, dab and black bream.
