Bread making is one of Ursula's passions, in this hands-on course she will teach you how to make a selection of more unusual Italian breads such as Casa Reccio (home-made country bread), Carta di musica (Sardinian music bread), caramelised onion & goats cheese bread, and a sweet pizza. You take home what you make. A light lunch and wine is also included
