Pungent and fragrant fermented fish (prahok) features prominently throughout Cambodian cuisine, as well as the use of curry paste (kroeung) made from lemongrass, galanghal, turmeric, kaffir lime leaves, garlic and chilli. Each sharing plate presents a unique flavour - sour, bitter, sweet, salty - and combines into a wonderful balance of flavours which is unique to Cambodian cuisine.
