Pungent and fragrant fermented fish (prahok) features prominently throughout Cambodian cuisine, as well as the use of lemongrass, galanghal, turmeric, kaffir lime leaves, garlic and chilli. Each sharing plate presents a unique flavour - sour, bitter, sweet, salty - and combines into a wonderful balance of flavours which is unique to Cambodian cuisine.

Mains served with steamed Jasmine rice
"Saht Kor Tek Prahok"
Sirloin steak served medium-rare with “tek prahok”
(a traditional sauce of lemongrass, coriander, lime & prahok)
Salad of long bean / baby eggplant / cucumber / carrot & mint
“Nom Plaie Ai”
Glutinous rice balls / salted palm sugar caramel / pineapple & mint salsa / roasted coconut flakes
