We are very lucky to work with experts in their various fields at our parent company Lover of Creating Flavours and we are delighted to announce that our wine experts Sip and Learn UK have agreed to come to La Petite Bouchee and do two wine tastings this summer. We'll be accompanying each of the 6 wines with some delicious food so that you can get an idea of how to pair the wines with different flavours.
Sip and Learn was set up by Marie-Anne Onraed and Sylvain Wellhoff late last year and the pair who met 10 years ago have between them a huge passion for wine and a wealth of experience in marketing and oenology. The thing we love about their approach is the fuss free, no jargon, non snobbish attitude they have toward teaching others about wine.
The evening will start with an introduction to wine tasting from Sylvain and Marie-Anne and then on to the tasting. 3 fabulous whites and 3 amazing reds. We'll talk about the different flavours that go with these wines individually and serve up some dishes to accompany them.
This event will cater for vegetarians and vegans too.

- Asparagus mint and lemon risotto
- Courgettes, stuffed with red peppers and goats cheese.

All of our guests will have the opportunity to buy wine from our bar and we have also organised a special 10% discount on wines bought from the Sip and Learn cellar for all of our guests if you wish to purchase wines you have tasted and loved
