Simon Fernandez is the co-founder and chef of Fernandez and Leluu, a supper club that managed to collect an international following. They were cooking for what can only be described as a pretty funky, switched on crowd, serving 6 - 8 courses of fab flavours. Fernandez & Leluu did a variety of events for folks such as Yell, After Eights, Unearthed, Action Against Hunger, The Jamie Oliver Foundation, Ryvita, Green & Blacks.

In 2011 Simon was offered the chance to cook in a grand hall in East London, going it alone this time. ferdiesfoodlab has been a monumental success from day one, and this is why this landmark supper club is moving across the city, if only for two nights.

Sweet Potato Tortilla w/ Oyster Mushrooms Noisette and Rosemary Bread (V)
(contains: raw egg, seeds, gluten, onions in tom sauce)

Bacon Swirls and Invisible Tomato (V: Cheese Swirls)

Pink Grapefruit & Basil Amuse (V)
Liquorice Dusted Roast Ribeye of Beef w/ Roasties, Ginger Carrots w/, White Tomato Sauce & Horseradish Sauce
(contains: beef, rare meat, raw eggs)

Oaty Cookie Popcorn Ice Cream Sandwich w/ Salted Caramel Sauce (V)

Black Olive Ganache (V), Salted Lemon Fudge

£45 + £3.15 booking fee for six courses, with a vegetarian version available
