* Caponata Siciliana - Aubergine Ragout

MAIN COURSE
* Pasta con il Pesto alla Trapanese - Spaghetti in Raw Pesto made with Garlic, Basil and Almonds

SIDES
* Insalata di Arance - Blood Orange Salad with Black Olives and Onions
* Zucchine Fritte in Agrodolce - Fried Courgettes with a Sweet and Sour Sauce

DESSERTS
* Biscotti alle Mandorle - Almond Biscuits
* Cannoli - Ricotta filled Snaps


The Menu is completely Handmade, Vegetarian and Vegan.
