The Culinary Journey of Mahatma Gandhi is a supperclub that takes its inspiration from the foods eaten by Mahatma Gandhi and his health-conscious diet and favourite ingredients. Whilst it’s impossible to replicate the same recipes, Chef Nath has used the same fruits and vegetables that formed part of Gandhi’s daily meals with a few flourishes of his own.
