We’re about French food, we love it and cook it everyday in our unique little brasserie La Petite Bouchée. Cooking and sharing food has to be one of the most enjoyable ways to spend time and you don’t have to be the best cook in the world to put together a menu to make your family and friends salivate.
We’ll be working with you to provide bespoke cookery days as well as some off the shelf regulars. We’ll equip you with the tools to take back and cook your French favourites, we’ll take you through a complete menu, learn to cook it and sit and eat it over a glass of wine.
You’ll come away with a complete menu as well as wines you can pair with the food and ready for your guests or for a memorable evening with family.
We believe in sustainability and buying local, so all of our ingredients will be sourced and bought locally or homegrown.Other ingredients are responsibly sourced so that you have the most healthy and responsibly sourced products to work with.
We like to teach in groups no bigger that 12 so that you can get the maximum benefit from them. We’ll supply the venue, the ingredients. the guidance and the wine !
We’ll be producing a series of courses throughout the year together with some bespoke team building courses which will test your team’s metal and see who indeed in your department is Masterchef !
