This class comprises of recipes which will tantalise your taste buds. It is an ideal menu for dinner parties or special occasion. Learn some of the secrets in creating authentic Indian dishes and impress your guests.
Your day will comprise of learning about spices, tips and demonstrations.
You will learn to balance the flavours by combining the spices and herbs which will produce amazing food using simple everyday ingredients. You will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions during the class, as you will have an added benefit of having the teacher guiding and explaining the procedure with you throughout the class, making it your own private class.
We will give you a general introduction to the spices being used. You will then start cooking under the expert tuition of MasterChef 2014 Quarter Finalist Rani; learning everything you need to know to enable you to create an authentic Indian meal, class include all ingredients, utensils, aprons for the class, recipes, food bag and containers and information on the use of herbs and key spices. You will taste the food as we go and will also be given the sample of the food that you have created during the lesson enough for two people and a valuable skill to last you a lifetime.
