Starter - Cullen Skink soup
The classic Scottish smoked fish soup with velvety leeks and wholesome potatoes.
Main - Baked Haggis, clapshot, greens with a whiskey sauce
Clapshot, the Orkney combination of neeps and tatties, will accompany our Haggis, the traditional Scottish savory pudding flavored with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and a selection of greens then dressed with a rich whiskey sauce.
Dessert - Cranachan
We bring you the uncontested king of Scottish deserts made from a mixture of whipped cream, whiskey, honey and fresh raspberries sprinkled with crisp toasted oats.
