L’atelier des Chefs is delighted to announce its partnership with Chobani Strained Yogurt, as part of our ever popular Sunday Brunch Class.
Waking up late on a Sunday morning to a long leisurely brunch with a Bloody Mary, coffee and plenty of sweet and savoury food has to be the ultimate indulgence.
In our 2 hour class you will learn four amazing dishes that our chefs have created by taking inspiration from all over the world. One the day you will learn from the experts how to bake Chobani madeleines, make fluffy american pancakes and put together a delicious Chobani layered yogurt with pineapple and a nut crunch. Brunch wouldn't be a brunch without eggs so our chefs will teach you how to poach the perfect egg and serve it with truffle scented brioche and sauteed wild mushrooms.
Once you've prepared your dishes, take a seat at our dining table, fire up the toasters and dig in! We'll provide a Bloody Mary (or glass of fizz) and as much tea or coffee as you need.
