Chocolate and Puddings Masterclass
With Bethany Hughes, this is a day dedicated to the chocoholic in you. We will be making black cherry and chocolate roulades and mini chocolate financiers with a chocolate orange ganache. Learn how to make a delicate whipped chocolate ganache for the perfect chocolate truffle filling. In the afternoon you will learn the art of tempering chocolate and decorate your truffles to take home. Lunch is provided with this course.
