My name is Tacey Laurie. I’ve been baking for nearly 20 years for family and friends and now I bake for a local restaurant and deli using stoneground and organic flour, water, salt and yeast.
I teach bread making because it’s good fun but I also think that it’s important to eat good food. Having something nice to eat shouldn’t be an expensive indulgence and the easiest route is to make it yourself. My hope is that the people I teach will continue learning and baking, sharing their bread and baking skills with their own friends and families.
It’s not exactly revolutionary – but it could be!
