Come learn how to bake the kind of breads that you would be proud to serve your friends or better yet, bring a friend along and have fun learning together!
The course is very hands on and starts promptly at 10:30am and finishes at 3:00pm. We start with the basics, making a yeasted loaf of bread, then soda bread, finally exploring how to make your own recipes by making bread rolls. We cover different types of flour, kneading techniques and troubleshooting.
The course fee includes all materials, use of an apron for the day, a lovely lunch, tea/coffee, afternoon scones with homemade jam, course notes, all the bread you make on the day as well as support via email after the course has finished to help you put into practice all that you have learned.
All of the breads use wheat flour.
